True to the source, simple.

NewEvolve builds mobile apps built to stay faithful to their sources. In Türkiye, CortexFarma presents drug information based on the TİTCK Summary of Product Characteristics; in the United States, CivioraMed is based on FDA drug labeling and NIH sources, and NutriCitadel on USDA FoodData Central. For Türkiye, Kararında shows the approximate calories of Turkish home cooking.

Four apps, one principle.

CortexFarma, CivioraMed and NutriCitadel are based on public sources and show inside the app which source each piece of information comes from. Kararında's calorie values are approximate, and the app marks them that way. They differ in country, scope and who they serve.

The information already existed. Access did not.

The moment a clinician most needs information about a drug is usually the moment they have the least time. The patient is right there and the question is precise: what is the renal dose, is it used in pregnancy, what are the equivalents.

The answer already exists in the relevant documents, in public databases. Only, each one is a separate PDF; finding it, opening it and reaching the right section takes minutes.

NewEvolve exists for exactly that gap. We do not produce new information; we bring information that is already public to clinicians faster.

Making a clinician's work easier
is not deciding in their place.

About screen
Where the data came from, and when, written plainly

Physicians, pharmacists, nurses — on rounds, at the counter, on the ward.

This is not hospital software. It is a reference shelf in your pocket. Checking an equivalent while prescribing, confirming an active substance at the counter, looking up a contraindication on the ward — each takes seconds.

It asks for no account, does not know who you are, and tells no one what you looked up. What you search stays with you.

CivioraMed

An English-language reference app for healthcare professionals in the United States. Content is prepared from FDA drug labeling (openFDA) and U.S. National Library of Medicine resources — MedlinePlus, MeSH, RxNorm, LactMed.

Take a closer look
Sign search screen
Enter several signs; conditions whose sources list all of them come back alphabetically — no ranking, no implied likelihood
Condition card
Each line comes with its canonical concept (MeSH) and a card showing which source it came from
FDA drug block
Drugs whose FDA labeling lists this condition — absence does not establish ineffectiveness, and the screen says so
Drug label
One product's FDA labeling, section by section — the opening part of long sections, the Boxed Warning in full; with the RxNorm code
A clinician and patient at a desk; the clinician checks a source on their phone
A clinician in a hospital corridor, checking a record on their phone
A clinician reads a record on their phone while talking with a patient
Two clinicians talking; one is holding a phone
Ambient photographs — not real patients, clinicians or institutions. The app screenshots below are real.

What the app does not do.

CivioraMed does not write its own answer to a question. It brings you information from public sources, showing where each part came from; the short notes it adds are kept separate from the source text, without quotation marks.

  • Does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment
  • Does not calculate doses — there is no field for patient data
  • Does not rank conditions by likelihood, and produces no differential diagnosis
  • Does not draw a clinical conclusion from two sources
  • Does not write clinical sentences of its own — where the sources are silent, it says so

The clinical decision belongs to the clinician. The app does not make it; it brings you the source text to consult.

NutriCitadel

Nutrition tracking for people who care about what they eat. Barcode and search work offline; photo analysis breaks the plate into its parts — and counts the oil and the sauce too. The product database covers products sold in US grocery stores.

Photo analysis
The plate is broken into its parts: oil, sauce and dressing on their own lines — leave one out and the total drops
Search results
Brand, portion and calories; a value the record does not have shows as “—”
Fasting timer
The fasting timer is free — no streaks, no advice; it just counts. Finish a fast and a short star appears
Daily target
The daily target uses the Mifflin–St Jeor equation; the formula and its year are named on screen

Kararında

Calories for Turkish cooking. 1,612 foods inside the phone; search, water, fasting, steps and target all work offline. The calorie values do not come from a table published by any official body — they are compiled and approximate, and the measured deviation is given on the product page.

Drug labeling and public health sources

CivioraMed's content is based on FDA openFDA drug labels and U.S. National Library of Medicine sources; for long sections, the opening part is shown. Every source block shows its own source and access date. If the sources don't cover it, the app tells you.

FoodData Central

NutriCitadel's barcode and search results are based on the USDA's public-domain food database and live on the phone — no connection needed. A photo estimate is not USDA data; it is an AI estimate, and the screen says so.

See NutriCitadel →

The calorie values in our fourth app, Kararında, are not taken from an official body's table; they were compiled by us, with the help of AI. The values are approximate; an independent comparison measured a median deviation of 8%. The app works offline, needs no account and keeps its records on the phone. Read how it was compiled →

What we were careful about

Four principles behind CortexFarma.

Names are not altered

Drug and active-substance names are shown in the source's spelling and are not abbreviated. If the source contains something unusual, it is flagged.

No dose calculation

No patient data is requested, no patient-specific number is produced, no drug is recommended. Dosage information is based on the relevant SmPC section.

Section noted

Each field shown notes the SmPC section it is based on.

No ads, no tracking

No account required. No advertising, analytics or tracking tools. What you look up is reported to no one.

Four of our apps are on Google Play.

Where to get them

On Google Play in the United States (checked October 30, 2026):

All four are available in the US only. None of them is on the App Store yet; we will add each App Store release here when it goes live.

If you think something is wrong, have a suggestion, or want to talk about your institution, write to us. Feedback from the first people to use these apps will be the most valuable input in this work.
