What you write to us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you. Please do not include information about your own health.

2. Sources

We collect this data directly from you: what you look up in the app, and what you write to us by email. We do not buy data or receive it from anyone else.

We do not sell consumer health data. In running the service, the data in section 1 reaches two companies (section 4). If you tap a MedlinePlus or PubMed link in the app, your own browser sends the search term to that website, at your direction.

4. Third parties and affiliates

We have no affiliates. The companies that receive consumer health data are:

5. Your rights and how to use them

You can ask us to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, for access to it and a list of the companies that received it, to withdraw your consent, or to delete it.
