What it does

Tables stay tables.
When a PDF dosing table is flattened into plain text, the columns collapse: body weight lands on one line, the dose on another, and which dose belongs to which patient is lost. CortexFarma shows the table following the document's column structure.

1,895 tables across 1,156 products. Where the column structure cannot be verified against the document, the table is not shown as a table; it stays as text.
What it does not do.
- It does not calculate doses. No weight, age or diagnosis is requested; no patient-specific number is produced. Dosing information is based on the relevant SmPC section.
- It does not recommend or interpret. The clinical decision belongs to the healthcare professional.
- Your searches never leave the device. All 15,674 products live on the phone; no server is queried for search or content. The app's only network request checks an optional corrections file — it sends nothing.
- It does not ask for an account. What you search for never leaves the device.
Coverage.
14,084 of 15,674 products have readable SmPC text. For the rest the app does not show a blank page — it states why and links to the official document:
- 1,447 products — the SmPC is published as a scanned image; no text is shown for these products.
- 74 products — the source never published an SmPC.
- 46 products — the document could not be retrieved; that gap is ours and we are tracking it.
- 21 products — a patient leaflet was published instead of an SmPC; that is not a document written for clinicians.
- 2 products — we have not yet classified why the text is missing; the discrepancy is ours and we are tracking it.
These numbers are the app's current contents.
Physicians, pharmacists, nurses — on rounds, at the counter, on the ward.
This is not hospital software. It is a reference shelf in your pocket. Checking an equivalent while prescribing, confirming an active substance at the counter, looking up a contraindication on the ward — each takes seconds.
It asks for no account, does not know who you are, and tells no one what you looked up. What you search stays with you.

What the price does not include
- No hidden tier. No "Pro", no "Plus", no locked section — everyone who pays sees the same content.
- No ads, no trackers. Our revenue is the subscription; there is no second income stream that turns you into the product.
- No invented "old price". The struck-through ₺3,000 is not a pre-discount price of ours; it is the twelve-month total of paying monthly. There is no price we charged and later cut.
- No silent early cut-off. If you stop paying, your subscription keeps working until the end of its term.
- No countdown. Whatever the price is today, it is the same tomorrow. No fake urgency, no "only X left", no "almost sold out".
- No automatic upgrade. The plan you bought stays the plan you bought.
- No account required. The app works without knowing who you are.
- No retention games on cancellation. You end the subscription yourself in your store settings; we do not ask why and we do not counter-offer.

What CortexFarma does not do
- It does not calculate doses. You cannot enter weight, age or a diagnosis to have a number produced for you; dosing information is based on section 4.2 of the SmPC.
- It does not interpret. It will not tell you which drug to choose.
- It does not recommend treatment. The clinical decision is yours.
These are deliberate limits. Dosing and treatment decisions belong to the healthcare professional.
